Starting out in 1996, it went through its first redesign in 1998, and was later revitalized in 2000 using only Macromedia Flash! Finally, a more-traditional site design was called for in its 2001 redesign. The 2003 incarnation is a mixture of HTML and JavaScript. Macromedia Flash was used for both multimedia presentation and navigation elements.
